We don’t run Welfare Rights specifically, but if there are interesting and useful links on the internet we can add them to this page. Obviously we can’t guarantee their accuracy.

The nearest Citizens Advice Centre is at the Beeston library and Beeston have free parking and the 11 bus runs there each hour, last one back just around 4pm.

Other councils have some useful internet information regarding issues that affect all councils, this one below is a calculator about council tax benefit, to use it you need the information from the other two links.

The info you need:- Nottingham rent allowances and council tax band costs they can both be found on the separate links below, then you can use the online calculator. It has useful details about how the benefit is calculated too. We cannot guarantee it’s accuracy of course – check with your local welfare rights or citizens advice.
